The elegant white two-level buildings containing the 11 suites and rooms of Los Milagros (the Miracles) border either a grassy garden area or the small pool. Rooms contain contemporary iron beds with straw headboards, buff-colored tile floors, and artistic details. Some units have kitchenettes, and the master suite has a sunken tub. E-mail, fax, and telephone service are available through the office, and there's coffee service in the mornings on the patio. Evenings are romantic: Candles light the garden, and classical music plays. Request a room in one of the back buildings, where conversation noise is less intrusive. It's located just 1 1/2 blocks from the Giggling Marlin and Cabo Wabo.

If you're looking for a nice, quite place to stay (non-mega-resort) that is central to Cabo, then this is the place! It's a small hotel with a charming courtyard. Has a small pool and is built along the ridge of a hill overlooking downtown and the nearby mountains. Very reasonable (US$65) considering the very nice accomodations, excellent location and pleasant staff. Some of the rooms are larger and have kitchenetts. It's really a jewel!
